I've been exploring an 'older' colour palette, as part of my exploration abstraction before art historians decided when abstract art was 'invented' (was it invented, discovered, or merely rediscovered?). The colours are mediaeval and imagery courtesy of the 14th and 15th centuries.

Little Black Box
Everyone knows about the importance of Malevich, and we all, I suspect from time to time, come to try to paint a black box. This is my homage to Malevich's genius and my black box. (acrylic on canvas, 70 cm x 100 cm)
